Cap Boy. The hat wearing kid with attitude

Cap Boy - one of the 90s more prevalent college headwear manufacturers was a company with wild ideas. Their mascot was a school kid with a little hat on, screwing has face up as if he were ready to spit. Every hat the company churned out, came with big, obnoxious tags with the little dude's gurning face plastered over them. Their signature model was the hat with the "Three Dimensional Shadow Effect" - some pretty ground breaking shit right there. In fact, if you look at the tag, it actually says the company were trying to patent the font, so no one else could steal their innovation. Patent pending 1992 - I wonder if it ever got put through...
